    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating high-quality carpentry work.

    Responsibilities:

    Reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, and building plans.

    Accurately measuring, cutting, and shaping wood, metal, and other materials.

    Constructing various structures, including:

    Framing outdoor pavilions, decks, porches

    Framing walls, floors, and roofs

    Forming for concrete

    Installing windows, doors, and trim

    Maintaining and repairing existing structures.

    Ensuring all work is completed to code and safety standards.

    Working effectively as part of a team or independently.

    Maintaining a clean and organized work area.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience as a Carpenter with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

    Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and best practices.

    Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools (e.g., saws, drills, routers, sanders).

    Ability to read engineered drawings.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred).

  • Skilled Mason

    $1,000 to $1,500 Weekly

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason to join our team in Hopewell Junction, NY. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of masonry construction, including bricklaying, blockwork, stonework, and more.

    Responsibilities:

    Reading and interpreting engineered drawings, sketches, and other technical drawings.

    Preparing and mixing mortar and other materials.

    Laying bricks, blocks, and stones with precision and accuracy.

    Constructing foundations, walls, fireplaces, and other masonry structures.

    Repairing and restoring existing masonry structures.

    Operating and maintaining masonry tools and equipment.

    Ensuring job sites are clean and safe.

    Adhering to all safety regulations and best practices.

    Working effectively as part of a team.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience as a Mason with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

    Strong knowledge of masonry techniques and materials.

    Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical drawings.

    Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

    Ability to work in all weather conditions.

    Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.

    Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred).
